Adobe Acrobat Sign for SharePoint (On-Premises): Release Notes

The Adobe Acrobat Sign for SharePoint On-Premises release notes are ordered below

Caution:

Adobe Acrobat Sign support for Microsoft SharePoint on-premises is set to end by October 22nd, 2023. Consequently, you won't be able to send agreements through this integration after that date.

The integration of Adobe Acrobat Sign with Microsoft SharePoint Online will remain unaffected.

Re-built and Re-branded to Adobe Sign (v4.0)

The new Adobe Sign for SharePoint solution has been completely re-built and re-branded to support the forward looking technologies that Adobe Sign will be based on for years to come.

REST based API functionality

In moving the application to a REST based solution we ensure that all future development in the Adobe Sign system will be readily available for new updates to the SharePoint package.

Simplified installation process

This new package installs quickly with little deep technical understanding of the SharePoint objects required. You can have the package installed to a functional state in as little as 20 minutes for most administrators, without having to provide any additional user licensing.

Data Mapping between Agreements and SharePoint

This package includes the ability to push data from SharePoint lists to an Agreement form field, as well as collecting data from completed Agreement form fields and populate that content into SharePoint lists.
