Silent deployment of Acrobat and Acrobat Pro 2017 for Technical Communication Suite

Deploy TCS 2015/2017 and TCS July 2017 Release package. For more information, see Enterprise Deployment of Adobe Technical Communication Suite, Adobe RoboHelp, or Adobe FrameMaker (2017 release). 

Use the following command to deploy TCS 2015/2017 and TCS July 2017 Release exceptions

ExceptionDeployer --workflow=install --mode=post

Download Acrobat Pro from the following URL.

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

Download Acrobat Pro 2017 (for TCS July 2017 Release) from the following URL.

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2017-downloads.html

After download completes, open the executable files.

This extracts the installer into a folder specified by you.

Open the command prompt and run the AcroPro.msi file in administrator mode from the folder where you extracted the installer.

For example,

C:\Users\labuser\Desktop\Adobe Acrobat\Adobe Acrobat> msiexec.exe / i AcroPro.msi / quiet

Download the Adobe Provisioning Toolkit.

Extract the Adobe Provisioning Toolkit to a folder.

Open the command prompt in administrative mode and navigate to the folder where you have extracted the Adobe Provisioning Toolkit:

• Open the command prompt in administrative mode and run the following command to serialize Acrobat with TCS 2015/2017 serial key.

C:\<folder path>adobe_prtk --tool=Serialize --leid=V7{}AcrobatESR-12-Win-GM --serial= <TCS 2015/2017 serial number> --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress

For example,

C:\Users\labuser\Desktop>adobe_prtk --tool=Serialize --leid=V7{}AcrobatESR-12-Win-GM --serial= <TCS 2015/2017 serial number> --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress

• Open the command prompt in administrative mode and run the following command to serialize Acrobat Pro 2017 with TCS July 2017 release.

C:\<folder path>adobe_prtk --tool=Serialize --leid=V7{}AcrobatESR-17-Win-GM --serial= <TCS July 2017 serial number> --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress

For example,

C:\Users\labuser\Desktop>adobe_prtk --tool=Serialize --leid=V7{}AcrobatESR-17-Win-GM --serial= <TCS July 2017 serial number> --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress

Note: Return Code=0 means successful execution.

Launch Acrobat/Acrobat Pro 2017.
