Add vertical text on a path using the Vertical Type on a Path tool

The Vertical Type on a Path tool lets you add text vertically.

Select the Vertical Type on a Path tool.
Click anywhere on the path to type or paste your text.
Double-click the Vertical Type on a Path tool to open the Type on a Path Options dialog box. Customize the tool's Effect, Flip, Align to Path, and Spacing settings.
