Prevent document corruption with removable devices

Sometimes, saving or exporting a file to a removable device results in document corruption if the device is not removed or ejected safely from the computer.  

Do the following to safely remove the device:

• [On Windows] Click the Safely Remove Hardware icon on the taskbar.
• [On macOS] Click the Eject icon in the Finder window or right-click on the desktop and choose Eject <Name of the device, such as USB stick or pen drive or hard drive>.
