Learn how to disable access to a library by updating its access settings in the Creative Cloud desktop app. You can control who can open a library by changing the link access level.

Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Select Files > Your libraries.

Hover over the library, select the more actions  icon, and choose Share.

In the Share library panel, locate the Who has access section.

Share library settings displaying invite fields, list of members with assigned roles, organizational access level, and a Copy link button.
Manage who can access your library, assign member roles, and copy a shareable link.

Change the access settings from Anyone with the link, or Everyone at an [organization], to Only invited people can access.

Adobe library Settings screen displaying access permissions, recipient roles, discoverability toggle, and an option to copy the shared link.
Set access permissions and choose the recipients role.

Select Copy link and share with others.

The link remains the same, but only people you’ve explicitly invited can continue to access the library. Anyone who previously had access through the link will no longer be able to open it.

Note

You cannot update or revoke link access using Adobe Home.
