If your network requires NTLM authentication and you are using a macOS computer, the following dialog box is displayed when you launch an Adobe app. You will be unable to use the app.
Install the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
Log in to the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and then click Check for App Updates.
Relaunch the app.

Choose your region
Selecting a region changes the language and/or content on Adobe.com.
