Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options.
Problem: No account associated with the email address
When you try to sign in to Acrobat, you see the following error message: “No account associated with the email address”.
Also, an IT admin sees the same error message while trying to sign in to Admin Console using Internet Explorer.
This problem is common with Internet Explorer. Adobe is trying to fix the problem in a future release. Meanwhile, try the suggested workaround below.
Workaround: deselect the Internet Explorer option - “Do not save encrypted pages to disk”

In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.

Under Settings, scroll down to the Security settings and deselect the option - Do not save encrypted pages to disk.

Click Apply to save the change and then click OK to close the dialog box.
Now try signing in to Acrobat.
