CSS Styles in 'td.header' are not honored on HTML Legacy Export

Issue

The CSS properties for Text Transform, Text Align, and Text Color defined in td.header are not correctly applied in the HTML export.

Workaround

To improve the Accessibility of Tables, the tag for Table Header Rows has been renamed from <td> tag to <th> tag.

If a user has added a CSS to the <td> tag, it will not work properly. Change the CSS class name to fix this.
