If you don’t remember your password, select Reset your password on the sign-in screen.

These instructions apply to you if:
You purchased your product codes via online retailers (Amazon, Cyberport, Notebooksbilliger, Eptimum, Digitec, NewEgg).
You purchased your product from a physical Retail store (MediaMarkt, Saturn, Currys, BestBuy, B&H).
You got your product via a gift card that you redeemed.
The Adobe Photography plan (20GB) is being discontinued and no longer sold via:
Existing customers who have an existing Adobe Photography (20GB) plan and purchased through an online or physical retailer can maintain their current access by adding a payment method directly within their Adobe Account to set up automatic renewal annually.
Please note that you'll not be able to repurchase the same plan again if you don’t enrol in automatic renewal prior to the end of your current subscription.

Select Add payment method.
Pick your preferred payment method. Then, fill in the required details and select Agree and subscribe.
You'll maintain access to the Adobe Photography (20GB) plan beyond the end of your current contract expiration date, and it will automatically renew annually until you cancel.
Can I still redeem codes I haven't redeemed yet?
Yes, you can redeem your already purchased cards.
Can I switch to a monthly payment?
No. Since your current contract is for an annual plan, your renewed contract will be the same.
I already have payment information in my account. Do I need to do anything?
No. If you already have a payment method associated with your Adobe Account, you don't need to take any further action.
