To get a trial of Captivate Prime, create your Adobe ID. For more information, see Manage your Adobe ID. You can Sign in to Captivate Prime using your Adobe id and start your trial.

Administrators can cancel Captivate Prime subscriptions. Deactivate your account using the option provided under Billing section. Once deactivated, all the existing orders in the account from the next billing cycle of subscription are cancelled. Please note that Captivate Prime follows an annual subscription model and we recommend you to not cancel the subscription in between the running year. In case you want to cancel the subscription before the completion of the annual term, an early termination fee is charged.
Sign in to your Adobe account. Under the Password section, select Change for Current Password, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
