Subscriptions
When does my subscription begin?
Your subscription begins as soon as we process your payment. In the case of a trial, your subscription begins after your trial ends, unless you cancel.
When does my subscription end?
Your subscription will continue until you cancel it. There’s no fixed term or renewal date.
Is the price the same throughout my subscription period?

What happens if I change my plan?
If you change your plan mid-cycle, your current plan ends immediately, and you get a prorated refund for any unused days you already paid for. Your new plan is charged from the date of the change.
Cancellation of subscriptions
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
A refund depends on when you cancel. You get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. If you cancel after 14 days, your subscription ends immediately, and you get a prorated refund for unused days in your current billing period.
If you purchased your Adobe apps through a third-party reseller or mobile app store, the third-party reseller or mobile app store terms will apply.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
For individual plans, if you decide to cancel your paid subscription, you'll lose access to premium Adobe applications and services included in your paid plan, and your account will be converted to a free membership.
What happens to my Adobe Stock subscription credits if I cancel?
If you cancel your Adobe Stock subscription credits plan, your subscription ends immediately. You get a prorated refund for the unused days remaining in your current billing period, regardless of how many credits you have used.
