Overview
Acrobat Sign for Salesforce supports all versions and types compatible with the Salesforce mobile app.
When you log into the Salesforce Mobile app using a Salesforce org that has Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce, you can easily access the Acrobat Sign features and office information while on the move. Available on iOS and Android, the app includes your organization's customizations and is included with all Salesforce organizations.
You can access Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce tabs on the Salesforce mobile app based on your profile on the web UI. To do so, you must download and install the Salesforce mobile app for iOS or Android and sign in with your Salesforce account credentials. If you’ve already added the Acrobat Sign for Salesforce app to your Salesforce account on the web, it automatically appears on your mobile device.

From the bottom toolbar, tap Menu and then from the list of items, select Agreements.

On the Agreements page, tap New.

On the New Agreement page:
- Enter the required details.
- Configure the Agreement Settings as required.
- Add recipients.
The recipient's box number denotes the signing order. You may tap the up or down arrow to change the signing order. - To remove a recipient or to add a private message for the recipient, tap and then take the required action.
- To preview the agreement and add signature fields, tap Preview & Add Fields.
- To send the agreement, tap Send Now.

From the bottom toolbar, tap and then select the Salesforce object that you want to send the agreement from.
The current example uses the Contacts object to send the agreement.

Locate and select the contact that you want to send the agreement from.

Tap the Related drop-down list and then select Agreements.
Note:If you do not see the 'Agreements' Related list, you must add it as follows:
- Navigate to Setup > Object Manager and then find and select the label Contact.
- From the left panel of the Contact page that opens, select Page Layouts.
- From the list of Page Layouts, select Contact Layout.
- Under the desired Layout section, select Related Lists from the left menu and then drag-n-drop Agreements to the Related Lists section.
- Once the 'Agreements' panel is added, select Save.
You may go back to the Salesforce Object's Contact page and refresh the page. It now displays the Agreement related list.

On the Agreements page, select New.

On the New Agreements page, enter the required details and then send the agreement.
Acrobat Sign for Salesforce Android: Limitations
- When creating an agreement from the Agreements tab, the search feature for accounts, opportunities, and contracts isn't working as expected.
- On all agreement pages, in the draft state, sections automatically collapse when an error occurs. However, the system does not navigate to the specific location of the error.
- The host signing feature is currently unavailable.
- Workflow-based agreements are not supported on the Salesforce Mobile UI.
