If a user has forgotten their password or has some other login issue:
- Go to Admin > Users and groups > User information.
 - Search for the user by username or email address.
 - Highlight the user.
 - Select the information icon.
 - Do one of the following:
 
- Send a reset password link: Click on the link and choose OK.
 - Unlock the user’s account: Click on the link and choose OK.
 - Set a temporary password: Click on the link, choose Save, and send the automatically generated password to the user.
