Set up default settings for raw images

Lightroom for mobile (iOS) lets you change Default settings for each camera model that you own. Set default settings for importing raw file format photos in Lightroom based on Adobe defaults, camera settings, or custom presets. You can choose to use Adobe Default settings, and camera settings, or use the same default settings as Preset for all the new raw photos.

Set default settings for importing raw images

To set default settings for importing raw images, do the following:

  1. Tap  to expand the sidebar and then tap Preferences.

  2. Tap Import.

  3. From the Raw Default drop-down, select one of the following:

    Adobe Default

    Select this option to apply Adobe default settings to your raw images.

    Camera Settings

    Select this option to keep the settings of the camera from which the raw image was taken.

    Choose Preset

    Select this option and choose a preset to apply on your raw images while importing them.

    Note:

    If you select Camera Settings and there are no matching settings in Lightroom, the Adobe Default settings will be applied.

Apply lens profile corrections

You can apply lens profile corrections to your raw images while importing them by using raw defaults.

  1. Tap  to expand the sidebar and then tap Preferences.

  2. Tap Import.

  3. From the Raw Default dropdown, select Choose Presets.

  4. From the list of presets, select Defaults and then select one of the available presets to apply lens correction to your imported images.
