An Adobe ID is essential for a secure and personalized experience with Adobe apps and services, and is required when you want to buy Creative Cloud products.
Create your free Adobe ID

Go to Adobe accounts and click Get an Adobe ID.

To sign into your account, go to www.adobe.com and click Sign In. The sign-in link is in the top navigation bar of most pages.
Change your Adobe ID

Sign in to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID (usually your email) and password.

In the Adobe ID section, enter a new email address that you want to associate with your Adobe ID. Click Save.
Adobe will send you an email to verify the change. If you don’t receive the email, see Didn’t receive expected email from Adobe.
Manage multiple Adobe IDs
Be sure you always use the same Adobe ID (email address) when you purchase a new membership, plan, product, subscription, or service from Adobe.
If you think you have multiple Adobe IDs associated with different email addresses, are unclear which email address is associated with your membership or a purchased product, or if you’d like to delete an Adobe ID, contact us.
But before deleting your ID, remember—even if you don’t have an active subscription, keeping your Adobe ID gives you access to free membership benefits, and it can always be reactivated.
