Issue
When you install a serialized package created in the Creative Cloud Packager which contains InDesign CC 2015 and InCopy CC 2015, and you have deselected the option to install the Creative Cloud desktop app, you receive the following error on the first launch of the product:
Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of Adobe Creative Cloud from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp.
When the user clicks Quit, the application closes. Subsequent launches will be successful and the application can be used, however, the error will reoccur once per sign-in session.

Solution
Creative Cloud Packager 1.9.1 is available. When prompted, download the latest Creative Cloud Packager and use it to create the package again.
Workaround
Rename the Adobe Desktop Common folder in the following location:
- Windows: \Program files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe
- Mac: /Library/Application Support/Adobe
