Unable to publish to Captivate Prime


Applies to Adobe Presenter 11.1


When publishing to Adobe Captivate Prime, you see a blank drop-down under Prime Account, as shown below:


  1. Open the registry editor. Press Ctrl+R and enter regedit .

  2. Navigate to the registry entry,

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Presenter\11.0\PrimeAccounts

  3. Check for these entries as well.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Presenter\11.1\PrimeAccounts


If the registry entries shown under \Adobe Presenter\11.1\PrimeAccounts do not appear in \Adobe Presenter\11.0\PrimeAccounts, then create the entries manually, which resolves the issue.
