Problem

When publishing to Adobe Captivate Prime, you see a blank drop-down under Prime Account, as shown below:

Fix

  1. Open the registry editor. Press Ctrl+R and enter regedit.

  2. Navigate to the registry entry,

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Presenter\11.0\

    Registry
  3. Check for these entries as well.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Presenter\11.1\PrimeAccounts

    prime_registry

If the above registry entries are not present, then create the entries manually, which resolves the issue.
