- When generating Learner Transcripts for the Power BI connector, the Training or Module duration (mins) column displays null values for certain classroom or VC modules.

Update 89: The March 2023 release of Adobe Learning Manager
Release date: 01 April, 2023
What's new in this update
Enhancements to the Instructor Led Training (ILT) Experience: Several enhancements have been made to the Instructor-Led Training (ILT) experience. Key enhancements include—ability to filter classroom sessions based on location, ability to switch instances (VILT) without losing progress, a new “Scheduling Assistant” for managing conflicts in booking instructors and classrooms, ability to attach “Skills” to Instructors and choose Instructors based on skills.
Improvements to the Observation Checklist: Authors now can select "Manager" and "Store Manager" as the Observer for checklists. Managers can view and complete the checklists within the Manager interface without having to switch role to an instructor. Notification is sent to a manager when a checklist is assigned to him/her.
Use Any App/Smartphone Camera to Scan Learning Manager QR Codes: Learners will now be able to use any QR Code scanning app or their smartphone camera to scan the Learning Manager generated QR codes for course enrolment, completion and more.
Reporting Enhancements: A new Instructor Utilization report, Trainings Revisit report, Job-Aids report, and other reporting enhancements.
Support for ‘Hybrid’ Sessions: Adobe Learning Manager now supports the ability to create “hybrid” Instructor Led Training (ILT) sessions. Virtual ILT sessions can be created with optional location information so that learners can attend the session in-person as well if they are available at the location.
Better Progress Tracking for Classroom and Virtual ILT: Classroom and virtual ILT modules now provide the ability to report a learner’s quiz status (pass or fail) along with the attendance status. Hence, both attendance and quiz success can be considered to decide learner progress.
- Adobe Learning Manager App for Microsoft Teams: The new Adobe Learning Manager app on Microsoft Teams is designed to foster learning in the flow of work and boost social learning. Learners will be able to access learning content within the Microsoft Teams platform without the need to switch over to a browser. Please contact your CSAM for the beta release of Adobe Learning Manager app on MS Teams.

Share training with managers
Learning Manager offers compliance dashboard to all Administrators and Managers. Managers find it very useful to track compliance of their team members for a particular training. At the same time, Administrators would like all Managers to add compliance trainings to their dashboard and track it.
In Learning Manager, the Share with Managers workflow allows Administrators to share training with Managers, so that they can get added to a manager’s Compliance Dashboard. Thus, Managers do not need to take any action and can start tracking compliance immediately.
For more information, see Share training with managers.
