Sign in to your Adobe Sign account with an administrator user
- This option can only be configured by an admin for your adobe sign account
Account and Group level administrators in the Adobe Sign service can optionally suppress the name and date text printed under the signature field, as well as shortening the line under the signature to match the text length.

Sign in to your Adobe Sign account with an administrator user
Navigate to Account Settings > Signature Preferences.
Configure the Use well-formatted signatures and initials options as needed:
If the well formatted signatures option is disabled, the signature is rendered as entered without a line and the accompanying name/date text:
If the well formatted signatures option is enabled, the signature is rendered with a blue line and accompanying name/date text.
When the option to dynamically adjust the line below the signature is disabled, the blue line spans the full width of the signature field in the final document:

It is not possible to enable/disable individual elements (eg: you can't disable the only the name value)

When the option to dynamically adjust the line below the signature is enabled, the blue line is adjusted to a shorter value (based on the signature length) in the final document:
In the signer's view of the field, the blue line spans the full field. The adjustment to the line is made when the signature is finalized and applied to the PDF.
The "well formatted" feature only applies to typed or drawn signatures.
If a signer chooses to upload an Image signature instead, the blue line and text are not applied.
