Choose the appropriate category from the left pane, then select the document where you want to add comments.
Select the text that you want to highlight and add a comment to and then select from the Context menu.

To insert text, select > Insert text from the Quick Actions toolbar. Then, move the cursor to the desired position on the document and start typing.
In the Comments pane, type your comment.
To add a reaction with the comment, select Open emoji picker and then select a desired reaction emoji from the panel.
Select Post.
Manage comments
A contributor cannot edit, modify, or delete comments added by other collaborators. However, the PDF owner can delete the comments.
Select Edit, delete, or reply to comments from the right pane to open the Comments pane.
Select the comment that you want to edit, delete, or reply to.
To edit the comment, select > Edit.
To delete the comment, select > Delete.
To respond to a comment, select the comment, type your feedback in the Add a reply text box, and then select Post.
When a recipient replies to a comment, the original author is automatically @mentioned to ensure they're notified. To disable auto @mention, select your profile icon > Settings, and then uncheck the Auto mention checkbox. Select Save and refresh the page to apply the changes.
To add a reaction to a comment, hover over the comment and select Add reactions and then select a reaction from the panel.
You can easily remove a reaction that you added by selecting it.
The comments that you add or update on the PDF file are automatically saved.
