You can use Adobe Acrobat to turn existing office documents or scans into fillable PDF forms. With it, you can collect form data automatically and compile it in a table format. If you have Acrobat Pro XI, you can use it to create and save new PDF forms. However, you can't collect online data. When you upgrade to the next generation of Acrobat, the Adobe FormsCentral desktop app will be uninstalled completely.
