Learn how to add items to a numbered or bulleted list, create new lists, convert paragraphs to list items, and change list types in Adobe Acrobat.
Select the list you want to edit.
Use the following options under FORMAT TEXT to modify the list:
- To add a row to an existing list, press Enter at the end of a list item.
- To remove a row, select it and press Backspace.
- To create a new list, place your cursor where you want the list and select Bullet list or Numbered list as needed.
- To convert a paragraph to a list item, select the text and select Bullet list or Numbered list as needed.
- To convert a list item to a paragraph, select all list items and select the highlighted list type to remove the list formatting.
- To change list types, select the list items and select Bullet list or Numbered list.
