Offer status tracking in SAP SuccessFactors – Recruiters can now map agreement status to a configurable custom text field (new or existing), allowing real-time visibility into candidate progress across multi-talent pipelines, reducing manual tracking and improving hiring decisions.
Adobe Acrobat Sign for SAP SuccessFactors v4.0.0
Acrobat Sign for SAP SuccessFactors v4.0.0 included the following new functionalities:
- Individual users, such as recruiters, can now send agreements directly from SuccessFactors.
- The application has been upgraded to use SAP Java Buildpack 2 (sap_java_buildpack_jakarta).
- The SAP-provided APIExt library has been replaced with the SAP Cloud SDK to address compatibility issues.

With Adobe Acrobat Sign for SAP SuccessFactors v3.0.0 release, you can use the following advanced automations for smooth data transfer between Acrobat Sign and SAP SuccessFactors:
- Automatically include the hiring manager's email address in the CC field on the Sign Compose(Send) page so that they receive a notification when the offer letter is released to the candidate.
- Automatically include the approver of the workflow for Offer Letter distribution in the Sign Compose(Send) page. The approver's email address will be displayed with their role (Approver) in the Recipients section of the Sign Compose(Send) page.
- Auto-update the candidate status to Declined Offer if the candidate rejects the offer letter.
