How to remove the 'I need to Sign & Host Signing' options on the Agreement Page in Salesforce from Custom Settings?

Steps
Following are the steps to remove the 'I need to sign & Host Signing' option in Salesforce:
Go to Setup.
In the left navigation panel, click Build > Develop > Custom Settings.
Click Manage for Adobe Sign Settings.
Click Edit.
Select the check box Hide Sender Signs and clear the Show Hosted Signing Option check box.
Click Save.
