Getting started with a subscription is fast and easy: Go to our buying guide page and choose your product and plan, and then complete the purchase. Immediately after purchase, check your email for a message from Adobe with your serial number and a link to download your software. After you download the product, double-click the installer and follow the onscreen instructions to install your product and start your subscription.
Yes! You can download a trial version from the Adobe Downloads page. You'll need to sign in with an Adobe ID and password to download a trial. You can install Adobe Technical Communication Suite apps on up to two computers. If you want to install an app on a third computer, you need to deactivate it on one of your previous machines. Learn more about activating and deactivating Adobe apps. If you need five or more licenses, consider purchasing a volume licensing plan.
You can convert a trial version of Adobe Technical Communication Suite (2019 release) to a subscription. You can cancel your subscription from your accounts page on adobe.com or by contacting Adobe Support. If you cancel within 14 days, you receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. You will not have access to your subscription software after you cancel.
