Download & install

You can purchase a subscription or non-subscription version of FrameMaker Publishing Server from the Adobe Store. You'll need to sign in with an Adobe ID and password to complete the purchase and download the product. Each license of FrameMaker Publishing Server allows you to install the software on a pair of cores in either a physical or virtual machine. For more information on the core-based pricing of FrameMaker Publishing Server, see the FrameMaker Publishing Server FAQ.

Account management

Sign in to your Adobe accounts page with your current Adobe ID and password. From there, click the Security & Privacy tab, and then click Change under Password. For more information on changing your password and other account information, see Manage your Adobe ID account.

You can update your credit card information from your accounts page on adobe.com. See Payment in the Adobe Store | Online order and payment FAQ.

You can convert a trial version of FrameMaker Publishing Server (2019 release) to a subscription. Simply choose the subscription option when you add the product to your cart from the Adobe Store. You can also choose to purchase a stand-alone (non-subscription) version.

You can cancel your subscription from your accounts page on adobe.com or by contacting Adobe Support. If you cancel within 14 days, you receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. You will not have access to your subscription software after you cancel.
