Adobe and Nigeria VAT laws

Adobe is applying Nigeria Value Added Tax (VAT) on electronic services (e-services) starting in September 2022. This tax applies to transactions in Nigeria by companies that supply e-services, including Adobe.

The standard VAT rate is 7.5%, but is subject to change.

For monthly and annual paid monthly plans, you are billed the VAT starting in September 2022. If you have an existing prepaid annual plan, the VAT goes into effect when your plan renews.

Note

This tax change doesn't affect the base price of your Adobe plan.
