Get answers to frequently asked questions about renewing your Adobe for nonprofits subscription.

Adobe offers subscription-based plans that provide nonprofit organizations with discounted or no-cost access to Adobe apps and services. To continue to access these discounted or no-cost offers, you may need to revalidate your nonprofit status or reapply each year, depending on the product.

Acrobat Pro and Creative Cloud
Your discounted plan and licenses may automatically renew at the end of your annual term, though pricing is subject to change at renewal. Adobe may require you to revalidate your nonprofit status before renewal. If your organization continues to meet the eligibility requirements and completes revalidation, you retain access to the discounted rate. If your organization is no longer eligible or doesn’t complete the revalidation process when requested, you lose access to the discounted price. You can then buy at the standard price or switch to the free version, if available.

Adobe Express
Your plan isn’t automatically renewed. You must reapply each year to receive a new redemption link.

If you no longer work at a nonprofit, you likely don't qualify for these offers and you’ll lose access to the discounted price. You can then buy at the standard price or switch to the free version, if available.

You are likely still eligible for our discounted or no-cost subscriptions, but you need to complete the validation process with your new organization’s information.
