Attribution AI Intelligent Service enables Customer to measure and optimize consumer experiences by applying pre-built machine learning models that help to reveal the impact of individual consumer interactions on consumer conversion. Attribution AI Intelligent Service includes Bundled Services.

Attribution AI Intelligent Service: Product Limitations

Attribution AI Underlying AEP Service. Customers that have licensed Adobe Experience Platform Intelligence or Customer Journey Analytics (each an Attribution AI Underlying AEP Service) must license Attribution AI Intelligent Service as an add on to the Attribution AI Underlying AEP Service that Customer has licensed.

Entitlements:

• Insights. Customer may generate up to the number of Insights authorized in the Sales Order.

Scoping Parameters:

• Data Storage. Customers licensing Attribution AI Intelligent Service independent of an Attribution AI Underlying AEP Service may store up to 5 terabytes of data in the Data Lake. Customers licensing Attribution AI Intelligent Service as an add-on to an Attribution AI Underlying AEP Service are subject to the respective data storage limitations associated with such Attribution AI Underlying AEP Service.

Static Limits:

• Instances. Customer may use up to 35 Instances per year. 
• Average Attribution Touchpoints per Conversion. Customer may configure an Instance of Attribution AI Intelligent Service to analyze the impact of up to an average of 60 independent touchpoints on a specified conversion event.
• Average Region-based Models per Instance. Customer may configure up to 10 region-based iterations of each Instance. 
• Batch Data Activation. Customer may export, through batch, up to 12 times the number of authorized Insights, together with any unique identifiers associated with such Insights, per year.
• Data Landing Zone. Customer will receive access to one Data Landing Zone per Sandbox. The maximum data Customer may store across all Data Landing Zones is equal to the total data storage provided in connection with all Adobe Experience Platform Products and Services licensed to Customer. Customer may use the Data Landing Zone solely to move Customer Data into and out of Adobe Experience Platform. Data will be automatically deleted from the Data landing Zone after 7 days.
  
• Reporting. Customer may be provided access to third-party systems selected by Adobe to view pre-built reports based on Insights generated by the OnDemand Services.
• Sandboxes. Attribution AI Intelligent Service includes up to 5 Sandboxes, unless a higher number of Sandboxes is provided with any other Adobe Experience Platform solution separately licensed by Customer, in which case the higher limit will apply. Sandbox licenses are not cumulative across Adobe Experience Platform Products and these partitioned environments will span all Products that access the Adobe Experience Platform.
• Unlicensed Features.
  • For Customers licensing Attribution AI Intelligent Service independent of an Attribution AI Underlying AEP Service:
    • Certain aspects of Attribution AI Intelligent Service may be provided through Adobe Experience Platform; but
      • Customer is not licensed to, and must not, access or use the Query Service except for use in conjunction with Bundled Services, unless separately licensed, and
      • Customer is not licensed to, and must not, access or use the Data Science Workspace, Profile Service, Identity Service or Segmentation Service components in Adobe Experience Platform unless separately licensed.    

Customers licensing Attribution AI Intelligent Service as an add-on to an Attribution AI Intelligent Service are subject to any feature use limitations associated with such Attribution AI Underlying AEP Service.

What is Customer AI Intelligent Service?

Customer AI Intelligent Service enables Customer to develop personalized consumer experiences by applying pre-built machine learning models that reveal advanced predictions on individual consumer behavior and an understanding of why individual consumers might react in a certain way. Customer AI Intelligent Solution includes Bundled Services.

Customer AI Intelligent Service: Product Limitations

Customer AI Underlying AEP Services. Customers that have licensed Adobe Experience Platform Activation, Real-time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Experience Platform Intelligence or Customer Journey Analytics (each a Customer AI Underlying AEP Service) must license Customer AI Intelligent Service as an add on to the Customer AI Underlying AEP Service that Customer has licensed.

Entitlements:

• Insights. Customer may generate up to the number of Insights authorized in the Sales Order.

Definitions

Ad-hoc Query means an ad-hoc, non-CTAS query generated from the Query Service Editor, PSQL Client, Customer’s BI Tool or Data Science Workspace, as applicable. CTAS (Create Table As) queries are not supported in Ad-hoc Query.

Attribution AI Underlying AEP Service means an instance of one of the following Adobe Experience Platform services licensed by Customer: Adobe Experience Platform Intelligence or Customer Journey Analytics.

Bundled Services means access to the following limited Adobe Experience Platform services: 

• Query Service.  Customer’s limited, bundled right to use Query Service to run Ad-hoc Queries supports up to 1 concurrent Query Service User and up to 1 concurrent Ad-hoc Query.  Ad-hoc Queries will time out after 10 minutes. 

Customer AI Underlying AEP Service means an instance of one of the following Adobe Experience Platform services licensed by Customer: Adobe Experience Platform Activation, Real-time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Experience Platform Intelligence or Customer Journey Analytics.

Data Landing Zone means is a cloud-based data storage facility for temporary file storage provisioned with Adobe Experience Platform that Customer may use, as an option, to move data into and out of Adobe Experience Platform. Data Landing Zones are a Shared Feature.

Entitlements means usage limits that are strictly monitored and enforced by Adobe.  Should Customer exceed an Entitlement, Customer may be obligated to pay overusage fees or license additional capacity.

Insight means an individual machine learning prediction or explanation of an outcome.  One or more Insight is produced for each unique identifier processed through an Instance during each Scoring Run.

Instance means an Intelligent Services machine learning model employed to predict a specified outcome (e.g., variant Customer AI Models might be produced to individual predict conversion propensity, free sign-up propensity, churn propensity, etc.).

Non-production Insights means Insights that are generated in Non-production Sandboxes for development and testing purposes.

Non-production Sandbox means a Sandbox that can be used exclusively for non-production development and testing.  Non-production Sandboxes support a maximum volume of Non-production Insights up to 10% of Customer’s licensed Insight commitment (measured cumulatively across all of Customer’s authorized Non-production Sandboxes).  Non-production Sandboxes support a maximum volume of data up to Total Non-production Data Storage (measured cumulatively across all of Customer’s authorized Non-production Sandboxes).

Query Service User means any User making an SQL query to Query Service through the Query Service user interface, a Notebook, Experience Platform API, or external system any for data analysis or data exploration. 

Sandbox means a logical separation within Customer’s instance of Intelligence Services isolating data and operations.  Sandboxes can either be used for production purposes or as Non-production Sandboxes. Sandboxes used for production purposes share the authorized entitlements of the base Intelligent Services production system.  Non-production Sandboxes share the authorized entitlements specified for non-production use cases. 

Scoping Parameters means usage limits that relate to the scoping of Customer’s proposed use case.  Should Customer exceed a Scoping Parameter, Adobe will work with Customer to remedy the issue leading to overusage.  Should Customer persistently exceed a Scoping Parameter, Customer may be required to license additional capacity.

Scoring Run means the processing of Profiles through an Instance. 

Static Limit means a usage limit that relates to the technical boundaries of Adobe Experience Platform.  Customer may not modify Static Limits. 

Total Production Data Storage means the amount of Data Storage authorized with the Intelligent Service(s) licensed by Customer.

Total Non-production Data Storage means 10% of Total Production Data Storage.
