Use the Creative Cloud Desktop app
The Creative Cloud Desktop application is required to download and install products. The application is installed automatically when you download a product. For more information, see the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

Download products and updates
Once logged in, click the Apps tab and click Download next to the product you want to install. If you're a Creative Cloud trial user, you see a Try button instead.
The issues below can cause download errors and freezes. Download errors can include A12E0, A12E1, A12E2, A12E3, A12E4, A12E5 codes.
