How to download the Creative Cloud desktop app

The Creative Cloud desktop app lets you download, install, and update your Creative Cloud applications. 

  1. Sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app download page.

  2. Click Download in the navigation bar and follow the onscreen instructions.

Note:

The Creative Cloud desktop app files are always installed in the default location. You cannot specify a different folder or drive.

If you still have trouble downloading or installing, you can try using a direct download link.

Follow the instructions below for your operating system:

  1. Download the installer for your version of Windows:

    Windows 10 (64-bit)  

    Windows (all other versions) 

  2. Right-click the downloaded file and select Extract All.

  3. Double-click Set-up.exe in the extracted folder.

  1. Download the installer for your version of macOS:

    macOS v10.12 or later   

    macOS v10.11 or earlier   

  2. Double-click the downloaded file to extract its contents.

  3. Double-click Install in the extracted folder.
