Getting started with VIP Marketplace: It’s quick and easy
Joining VIP Marketplace and then purchasing software licenses is simple and quick. The first easy step: Contact your reseller to request membership. You don’t have to be a huge organization to join—even teams, schools, and departments ordering a few licenses benefit from VIP Marketplace membership.
How to enroll
To enroll, contact your reseller and provide the following basic information:
- Market segment (Commercial, Government, or Education)
- Organization or institute name
- Address
- Designated VIP Marketplace Administrator's name and email
Your reseller will then send you an email invitation to join VIP Marketplace. You may enroll in VIP Marketplace when you have an order to place, or you may choose to enroll in advance of placing your initial order. Whichever option you choose, your designated Admin must read and accept the VIP Terms and Conditions. Note that the VIP Terms and Conditions apply to VIP Marketplace.
Once your designated Admin has accepted the terms and conditions, you’ll have the ability to manage your licenses and begin deploying them to users immediately in the Adobe Admin Console.
If you are currently a member of the Value Incentive Plan, you can move seamlessly to VIP Marketplace to benefit from features like automatic renewal. Please talk to your reseller for more details on moving to VIP Marketplace.
VIP ID: Your organization’s account ID
Your VIP ID is a unique number that identifies your organization as a member of VIP Marketplace. Keep track of this number so you can provide it to your reseller when placing orders or asking questions about your account. This number is confidential information for your organization.
Your initial order
Once your organization receives a VIP ID, you can then place your initial order directly with your reseller. You can order at the time of enrollment or any time after. In most cases, your initial order date determines your Anniversary Date. (See <Anniversary Date>)

Designate a VIP Marketplace Admin. This is the first person with access to the Admin Console, where they manage licenses and users.
The VIP Marketplace Admin will need an Adobe ID to associate with the VIP ID.

The VIP Marketplace Admin will receive an official invitation to VIP Marketplace and a VIP ID via email.

Accept the VIP Terms and Conditions.

Add licenses and place your initial order. You can add licenses through your reseller or through the Admin Console at any time. If you add licenses through the Admin Console, an order must be placed with Adobe within seven (7) days.
Note: Adding licenses in the Admin Console may not be available for all products. Contact your reseller for more information.
