Currently, Adobe Story CC desktop app is not supported for the HTML version. AIR app is only supported for Adobe Story CC (Classic).

I am using a free version of Adobe Story and why am I unable to log in and access the scripts?

There could be two reasons why you are facing this issue:

Ensure that your Flash plug-in is enabled before you enter your log in credentials.

What are the various file formats you can import in Adobe Story CC?

Currently, Adobe Story CC supports only STDOC format. Support for other formats is expected in the upcoming releases.

How do I check the previous versions or history of my script?

Currently, Adobe Story CC users cannot view the versions of their script. However, Adobe Story CC (Classic) users can continue to view their previous versions in the application.

Does Adobe Story CC have a desktop app and a mobile app?

You can use the desktop app only with Adobe Story CC (Classic). Currently, there is no support for the HTML mobile app.

When I navigate from the free version of Adobe Story to the paid version, which version of Adobe Story can I access?

If you are an existing Adobe Story CC (Classic) version user, you are led to the same version; however, if you are a new user, you are led to the Adobe Story CC version.

Adobe Story supports the latest version of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Before you launch the application, ensure that you have enabled the plug-ins.
