The Plans window, where the Manage plan button is highlighted under the currently active plan.
You can also check all the apps and services included in your plan.

Manage your subscription by changing, upgrading, or cancelling your plan at any time.

Note

You can’t cancel your plan if we're processing your payment or if there is a problem with the payment. Wait for 24 hours and try again.

Check your plan details and then select Continue to cancel.

Select the reason for cancellation, and then select Continue.

Review the cancellation details and then select Confirm cancellation.

Check your email for a confirmation from Adobe or verify cancellation on your account page.

What happens after you cancel

For individual plans, if you decide to cancel your paid subscription, you'll lose access to premium Adobe applications and services included in your paid plan, and your account will be converted to a free membership

If you cancel your Adobe Stock subscription credits plan, your subscription ends immediately. You get a prorated refund for the unused days remaining in your current billing period, regardless of how many credits you have used.

Refunds

A refund depends on when you cancel. You get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. If you cancel after 14 days, your subscription ends immediately, and you get a prorated refund for unused days in your current billing period.

If you purchased your Adobe apps through a third-party reseller or mobile app store, the third-party reseller or mobile app store terms will apply.
