Issue

RoboHelp for Word doesn't open with Microsoft Word 2010 or Microsoft Word 2007. 

Solution

  1. Delete the following RoboHelp for Word templates from /Appdata/Microsoft/Templates:
    • hlp2doc.dot
    • Hpj2doc.dot
    • hpj2docm.dot
    • RoboDocs.dot
    • RoboHP31.dot
    • RoboRt31.dot
    • RoboRtf..dot
    • robohelp.dot
  2. Restart RoboHelp for Word.

 Additional information

This issue occurs when you've upgraded either RoboHelp for Word or Microsoft Word and have old RoboHelp for Word templates installed.
