How do I purchase and install RoboHelp?

You can purchase a subscription or non-subscription version of RoboHelp. You'll need to sign in with an Adobe ID and password to complete the purchase and download the product. Can I download a trial copy of RoboHelp?

Yes! You can download a trial version from the Adobe Downloads page. You'll need to sign in with an Adobe ID and password to download a trial. For detailed instructions, see this article on installing a trial.

How do I retrieve my Adobe ID or password?

Can I install RoboHelp on another computer?

You can install RoboHelp on up to two computers. If you want to install it on a third computer, you need to deactivate it on one of your previous machines. Learn more about activating and deactivating Adobe apps. If you need five or more licenses, consider purchasing a volume licensing plan.

How can I change my password?

Sign in to your Adobe accounts page with your current Adobe ID and password. From there, click the Security & Privacy tab, and then click Change under Password. For more information on changing your password and other account information, see Manage your Adobe ID account.

How can I change my credit card info?

You can update your credit card information from your accounts page on adobe.com. See Payment in the Adobe Store | Online order and payment FAQ.

My trial expires soon. How do I convert it?

You can convert a trial version of RoboHelp (2015 release) to a subscription. Simply choose the subscription option when you add the product to your cart from the Adobe Store. For more information, see Subscription information and pricing in the RoboHelp FAQ.

How do I cancel my subscription? Can I still use the software I have?

You can cancel your subscription by contacting Adobe Support. If you cancel within 14 days, you receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. Can I change the screen layout?

Yes. You can choose from several different Responsive and Multiscreen HTML5 layouts. Choose the one that best suits your needs, and then customize it as needed.

Can I insert an HTML5 video into a topic?

Yes! You can insert an Adobe Captivate video in HTML5 or SWF format.

Is RoboHelp compatible with Microsoft Word?

RoboHelp (2015 release) is compatible with Word 2010 and 2013. You can find more version compatibility information in the RoboHelp FAQ and the Adobe RoboHelp (2015 release) Version Comparison guide. If you need to install an earlier version of RoboHelp, you can download the installation files from the RoboHelp downloads page. You'll need your serial number to complete the download.
