How do I cancel my subscription? Can I still use the software I have?
You can cancel your subscription by contacting Adobe Support. If you cancel within 14 days, you receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. RoboHelp (2017 release) is compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 and 2013, and Office 365. If you need to install an earlier version of RoboHelp, you can download the installation files from the RoboHelp downloads page. You'll need your serial number to complete the download.
