Issue 1: In Lightroom CC 2015.7/Lightroom 6.7 or earlier, 'Sync with Lightroom mobile' is not progressing

In Lightroom CC 2015.7/Lightroom 6.7, you may notice that Sync with Lightroom mobile is not progressing and the number of files you are syncing with Lightroom mobile does not go down. This issue can occur if you had shared photos on Lightroom Web with others, who then marked these photos as favorites or added comments before November 2016.

If you experience this issue, check the Pending Sync Activity section in Lightroom preferences. Choose Edit (Windows) / Lightroom (Mac OS) > Preferences and then click the Lightroom mobile tab.

This issue triggers the following warning in the Pending Sync Activity section:

NOT NULL constraint failed: AgLibraryOzFavoriteIds.ozSpaceId
Statement: INSERT OR REPLACE INTO AgLibraryOzFavoriteIds
( ozCatalogId, ozSpaceId, ozAssetId, ozFavoriteId, timestamp )
VALUES( ?, ?, ?, ?, ? ) (error code 19)

Solution for Issue 1

The issue has been fixed in Lightroom CC 2015.8/Lightroom 6.8 release.

If you are running Lightroom 6.4 or earlier and get the message 'Lightroom must be upgraded before it can continue syncing with Lightroom mobile', see Upgrade required for Lightroom mobile sync for more information. 

  • Sign out and then sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app. For details, see Activate and deactivate Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
  • Ensure that your Lightroom for mobile app is up to date.
  • Ensure that your are running Lightroom on your desktop and Lightroom for mobile app on the same Internet WiFi network. Syncing is paused over the cellular network, if you've enabled Sync Only Over WiFi in Lightroom app's settings. 
  • Ensure that Lightroom for mobile is running in the foreground, especially when the syncing is in progress. To achieve this, make sure that your mobile device does not go into the sleep mode.
