What are the minimum system requirements to support Photoshop Express?

Photoshop Express is available on iOS, Android, and the Windows Microsoft Store. The minimum supported OS version is:

For iOS: 10.0 and above
For Android: 4.1 and above
For Windows: Windows 8 and above (Xbox One, Windows 10 version 14393.0 or higher, Windows 8 Mobile, Windows 8.1)

What files types are supported?

For Photos, the file types supported are: JPEG, PNG, and TIFF.

For raw files, the following file types are supported:

cr2 (CANON)
crw (CANON)
dng
erf (EPSON)
raf (FUJI)
3fr & fff (HASSELBLAD)
dcr (KODAK)

Can I use Photoshop Express on Chromebooks?

Yes, Photoshop Express is supported on Chromebooks.

How can I access my device photos?

On first launch, in the permission dialog, select Allow Photo Access. If the access is denied at first launch, enable it from iOS or Android settings.

Can I import photos from Lightroom?

Yes, you can import photos from Lightroom into Photoshop Express. To do this, follow these steps:

Click the Creative Cloud icon under More import options and log in to your Creative Cloud account, if you're not already logged in.

Click the drop-down icon at the top panel and select Lightroom Photos from the list.

Select the photo you want to import to Photoshop Express.

How do I unlock all Photoshop Express Premium features?

Premium features can be accessed for free by signing up for an Adobe ID if you don't already have one. You can also login by using your Google or Facebook accounts.

How do I restore my purchases?

For iOS users, click App Settings > Preferences.

Tap Restore Purchases and provide the account against which you made purchases.

Note:

For Android users, restore purchases happens automatically.

Can I edit raw photos?

Yes, you can edit raw photos. Photoshop Express supports the following RAW formats:

Where are my Premium Looks?

When you initially install Photoshop Express, the Looks are available across several categories. Latest categories such as B&W, Portrait, Nature, Pop Color, and Duo Tones contain new and old Looks in each category.

You can refer to the following table to locate the category of a specific Look:

For iOS users:

To delete photos, tap the icon in the upper-right corner of the screen and select Delete Photos. Select the photos you want to delete and click Delete.

How do I retrieve Adobe Revel photos?

Adobe Revel has been discontinued. For more information, see this article.

How can I use Reduce Noise correction?

Reduce Noise is renamed to Reduce Luminance Noise. To find this option, select Corrections > Details > Reduce Luminance Noise.

Can I merge two photos or change the background?

Photoshop Express does not have this functionality in the current version.

Can I set the default location of edited photos to SD card?

Photoshop Express does not have this functionality in the current version.
