Open Photoshop Express

Try lip makeup

On the Photoshop Express homescreen, select Makeup from the Quick actions menu.

Select an image with a face to apply Makeup.

Select a lip color from the options to enhance or alter lip color. Use Refine Lips to edit lips more precisely.

Tip

Select Eyes to add Makeup to the eyes.

Select to save.
