Sometimes, users find that the backup couldn't be completed due to Elements Organizer's inability to automatically shut down a conflicting process called Auto Creations.
How to Proceed with the Backup?
You can have a backup by using any of the two options given.

Manual Termination: You can manually kill the 'Auto Creations' process. Here's how:
For Windows users:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the Task Manager.
Locate Auto Creations from the list of processes.
- Right-click on it and select End Task.
For Mac Users:
Use Spotlight search to find Activity Monitor.
Look for Auto Creations within the Activity Monitor.
Select it and click the Stop button (denoted by an 'X' at the top).
Once you've successfully terminated the Auto Creations process, attempt to create your backup again. This should hopefully resolve the issue.
