Edit Date & Time Does Not Load

When you select Photo > Edit Date & Time..., the dialog appears but blue spinner prevents you from editing the dates.

Workaround

Make sure the Info panel is visible prior to selecting Photo > Edit Date & Time...

To show the Info panel, select View > Info... or click the (i) icon in the lower right corner of Lightroom's user interface.
