Use this topic to learn about the Projects view

Note:

Click Projects on the top bar to launch the Projects view. You can create and manage your projects and categories in this view.

Projects View

You can perform the following tasks in the Projects view:

  1. Create projects.

  2. Get information about a script, such as the title, the author, and who it's shared with.

    Note:

    For more information on the Projects view in the in the Flex version, see Projects View.

Create Schedule

Use any of the following options to display the schedule authoring view:

  1. In the Projects view, select the project > create schedule or open an existing schedule.

  2. If you are opening an existing schedule, select and open.

  3. Enter the schedule name.

  4. Select any of the following options:

    • Use start of day breaks
    • Use end of day breaks
  5. Click ok.

You can perform the following tasks in the schedule view:

Select schedule for comparison: Compare one schedule with one another; check the conflicts.

  • Edit and save schedules
  • Omit scenes
  • Remove scripts
  • Insert breaks and banners
  • Create multiple schedules for scripts
  • Customize the schedule workspace
  • Sort schedules
  • Sync schedule with the project
