Learn how to fix the error on trying to install or update unsupported versions of Creative Cloud desktop apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro.
If you try to install or update a Creative Cloud app version that is no longer supported, the Creative Cloud desktop app displays an error:
Can’t install app. This version of app is no longer supported.
The error occurs when updates from the server are not synced with your Creative Cloud desktop app.
Select Refresh Creative Cloud to see the apps available for installation or update.
