If you want to have your organization name changed, contact your account manager. They can submit the request for a company name change. If you don’t have an account manager, you can sign the completed form on behalf of the manager and then submit the form. Follow the steps below.

  1. Download the ACON (Adobe Change of Name) form:

    Right-click the link below and choose Save Link As (Firefox and Chrome), Save Target As (Internet Explorer), or Download Linked File As (Safari).

  2. Complete the downloaded form. Open it, fill in all the required information, and then save the form.

  3. Contact us by chat to submit the completed form.
