When working with Cinema 4D files that use the external compositing tag within After Effects CC 2014, non-linear animation created with Spline type keyframes does not match the timing displayed inside Cinema 4D.
If you are still having difficulties, you can try these two workarounds. If these workarounds do not help, please contact support for further troubleshooting.
Use After Effects 12.2 (CC) to extract the compositing information from
the C4D file, then open that saved project file inside of After Effects
CC 2014.
Opomba:
This solution requires that you have a full retail version of Cinema 4D r14 or r15.
To prepare, you must install the C4DImporter plugin available from Maxon. To get this plugin, go to this page http://www.maxon.net/en/support/updates/plugins.html. On that page, click on the link that reads “Plugins for After Effects CC <> CINEMA 4D R14/R15 connection."
The plugin should be installed in the main After Effects plugin directory or under plugins/Maxon Cineware AE
