Issue
When you launch InDesign in a multi-monitor environment, you face the following issues:
- Scroll bar disappears from the Pages panel.
- Some of the UI elements from other panels, such as Layers panel, disappear.
Solution

Before you perform the steps below, make sure that you have InDesign 13.0.1 installed on your system. You can check the version of InDesign installed on your system by going to Help > About InDesign.
You can update InDesign on your system from the Creative Cloud desktop app. For more information, see Update Creative Cloud apps.

Download PanelBugFix_Win.zip

Unzip the downloaded file and extract its content to desktop.

Find and double-click CopyPlugins.vbs from the extracted folder.

Select the Adobe InDesign CC 2018 application folder.
Browse for InDesign CC 2018 on a 64-bit system 
Browse for InDesign CC 2018 on a 32-bit system -
Click OK.
Opomba:If you get the following error, make sure that you unzip the downloaded file before running the plug-in.

The plug-ins are installed and you get the message once InDesign is successfully updated. Click OK.

Launch InDesign.
