Manage permissions easily, keep collaborators aligned with consistent access to shared files, and enhance the co-editing experience by working together in real time.
Create and share a project in InDesign

Type a project name and select Create.

Type the email addresses of people you want to collaborate with on the project. Collaborators will receive an email invitation to join the project.

Set permissions to Can edit or Can comment.

Type a message, if required, and select Invite.
Add files to a project

Select Projects, and then choose your desired project.

Select Add icon > Move files or Create a folder.

Once you select Move files, a dialog box appears that asks you to select the existing files you want to move to the project.
Tip:You can also save newly created files directly to a project from within InDesign.

Select Move to confirm and add the files.
Select the three-dot icon for more options: Share, Copy link, Rename, Leave, and Delete.
