Issue: When you open the Creative Cloud desktop application, the content is in Portuguese or a different language than expected.
Your operating system's language is English.
Solution
Change your OS language format region to United States:
- Close the Creative Cloud desktop application.
- In Finder, choose Apple > System Preferences > Language & Text.
- Choose the Format tab.
- Change the region pop-up menu to United States from United States (Computer).
- Quit System Preferences.
- Restart the Creative Cloud desktop application.
