Navigate to Settings > Personalization > Fonts.
Hover over the font you want to hide, select the more actions icon, and then select Hide.
To uninstall, open Control Panel > Fonts, right-click on the font, and then select Delete.

Try these solutions to troubleshoot the “A font with the same name is already installed" error when installing fonts.
Local version of the font is already installed
Deactivate or uninstall the local version using your font management software.
Conflicting font files
If deactivation doesn’t resolve the issue, manually delete the font files from the system font directory.
